How about instead of openly posting webstores, etc we employ a new system. Bottom line is that cease and desists will continue to be dropped down if these operations are done so overtly.
Rather, we should look into posting pictures of shirts we've seen, if someone demonstrates an interest in the shirt they can PM the person who posted pictures. It eliminates a good amount of a paper trail. I just don't think that forming a new board will altogether solve the problem.
